Can't Windows search do this?
File Explorer finds files by their names and dates. Windows 11's Photos app can search by description only on new Copilot+ PCs, and only photos. Image Finder works on any Windows 10 or 11 PC and also searches design files.
Does it search external drives?
Yes - external and network drives you choose are searched too, and kept up to date while connected.
Will it slow my computer down?
